I have many years' experience in end-to-end quantitative and qualitative market and social research - from designing questionnaires; collecting, analyzing and torturing data until it confesses. I tactfully report back the good and bad news, and help businesses and organisations decide what to do with the findings to improve their effectiveness.
I love analysing and visualising data so that it tells a compelling and actionable story.
Understanding human behaviour; developing relationships and providing consulting services with useful business intelligence and strategic insights are other skills of mine.
